Terms of Service
Legal document
Last updated June 1, 2026
Read these terms carefully. They explain the rules for using the service, the responsibilities tied to your account and profiles, and the limits that apply when you use the app.
Using Weynear
You may access the app only in a lawful way and only through the features we make available.
- You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and profile context.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, permissions, or trust checks.
- We may change, suspend, or remove features when needed for safety, reliability, or legal compliance.
Some features require a minimum account trust level, location trust level, or active profile state.
Profiles, content, and identity
Weynear is profile-aware. Content and actions are tied to the profile that performed them, not just the principal account.
- Keep your profile details accurate and do not impersonate other people or businesses.
- You are responsible for content you post, reply to, mention, upload, or share.
- We may store and surface profile-specific activity to keep notifications, feeds, and public context accurate.
If your account has multiple profiles, each profile can have different permissions, history, and visibility.
Commerce and money
Marketplace, transfers, and other money features are tools for connecting people. They are not a guarantee.
- You are responsible for reviewing listings, counterparties, fees, rates, and transfer details before proceeding.
- Payments, delivery, refunds, and dispute handling may be governed by extra rules shown inside the relevant flow.
- We may add risk checks, limits, or verification steps where needed to protect users and the platform.
Always verify the details shown in the active flow before you confirm a transaction.
Safety and prohibited conduct
The platform should not be used for abuse, fraud, or activity that puts users or the service at risk.
- Do not harass, threaten, exploit, or defraud other users.
- Do not upload malware, scrape data in unauthorized ways, or interfere with platform operations.
- Do not use the service for unlawful content, unlawful commerce, or evasion of sanctions or safety controls.
We may remove content, restrict distribution, or lock accounts when safety or trust rules are violated.
Termination and changes
We may update these terms as the product changes, and we may restrict access when needed.
- We may suspend or terminate access if your activity creates legal, security, or safety risk.
- We may change these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the updated version.
- If a part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts still apply.
For questions or disputes about these terms, use the Help Center or in-app support entry points.
